Artificial intelligence in radiological diagnostics
Artificial intelligence is currently one of the biggest trend topics. AI does not stop at medicine either – quite the contrary: Recently artificial intelligence has made significant progress in many medical fields. But with popularity, in addition to new opportunities, at least as many questions and uncertainties arise.
With Prof. Dr. med. Mike Notohamiprodjo – Managing Partner at DIE RADIOLOGIE and globally acknowledged expert in the use of artificial intelligence in diagnostic radiology – we have been testing solutions in the field of artificial intelligence for many years, which we integrate into everyday practice.
Especially in diagnostic radiology, AI has the potential to optimize accuracy and efficiency - as long as it is used sensibly. This meaningful use means that artificial intelligence is understood as an instrument that supports the doctor without replacing him or her.

Constant evolution of the patient journey through new technologies
Since we are not only committed to medical excellence towards our patients, but also want to ensure that everything runs as smooth as possible from making an appointment to examination, we are constantly using new technologies to optimize the patient journey.
For example, there has been a 24/7 online appointment system for many years, as well as immediate image data after the examination with easyRadiology (more information can be found in the Patient Services section).
Since 2023, we have also been using a tool to digitize our patients' admissions and medical history. This not only speeds up the registration process in the practice but also allows our patients to fill out anamnesis forms from home – including language selection.
For us, this means not only saving time, but also a considerable saving on paper and thus a small contribution to environmental protection.
